It’s easy to say that we’re the best furniture repair contractor in the business. Heck, it’s our business to do so. But what makes Furniture Solutions Network the industry leader in furniture repair? What makes our business model turn out the happiest, healthiest, and most successful independent furniture repair contractors in the country?

Allow us to elaborate.

The Benefits Of Working As An Independent Furniture Repair Technician With Us

At the end of the day, a job is a job, and you’re working with us to make money. We get it. That’s why Furniture Solutions Network pays up to 30% more per repair than our other in-home and commercial furniture repair competitors. Our technicians tend to net annual pay ranging from $65k to $100k+ depending on their level of experience, work ethic, and overall competency of craftsmanship. So, while the highest pay rates in our area of the furniture repair industry is priority #1, there are plenty of other great reasons to join our team.

What’s the point of slaving away your entire life if you don’t have any time to enjoy what you’ve earned? Time and money are two of the most important factors that affect our lives, and you’ll be pleased to know that you have control over them. Our perfected and streamlined processes utilize the right technology, combined with the right people, to help you spend less time on the road and more time at home doing what really matters to you.

You’re here to do what you do best: repair other people’s furniture. What you’re not here to do is waste valuable time filling out lengthy and redundant work orders, or driving here and there just to complete paperwork and get a few signatures. Our cleverly designed online portal is always by your side. With maximum efficiency in mind, you can easily and quickly complete work orders from the comfort of your vehicle or a client’s home. This makes it easier than ever before to move from one job to the next, or take a break according to your own schedule. It’s all up to you!

Furniture repair can be a tricky enterprise, and that’s why Furniture Solutions Network offers a Technician Helpline designed to provide you with fast and clear answers about the job at hand. Whether it’s a process-related question or a technical question about a particular type of fabric, know that you’re never alone out in the field.

When you work with Furniture Solutions Network, autonomy reigns supreme. This means that you’ll have the freedom to put however much work you desire on your plate. Want to take a long lunch? Have a midday appointment that you can’t miss? The power of self-scheduling is in your hands. To make scheduling even more convenient, FSN is offering a new direct schedule program that removes the burden of manually scheduling jobs yourself. We can help set your schedule for you, or you can have appointments automatically recur during the same times of the day every week. It’s completely up to you.

As best practices continue to change in the furniture repair industry, our goal is to learn about them and implement them into our services as quickly as possible. Whether it’s a new technique, method, or innovative tool designed to make your repair jobs easier and more efficient, we’ll help fill you in with absolutely zero cost on your part.

You may be working with Furniture Solutions Network, but you’re still an independent contractor. This gives you the freedom and flexibility to secure your own clients, such as recurring furniture upkeep services for business. Our leadership team is committed to your growth and success, and they’ll provide the education and training necessary to help you become a successful and happy entrepreneur. You can expand your own furniture repair business as big or small as you’d like.

Can’t stand jumping up the corporate ladder just to find the right point of contact? We agree. Inner-company red tape is a waste of time and resources. Talk face-to-face with our regionally aligned management team that’s always here for you when you need us.

What good is getting started with us if you’re only going to run out of work? Not only is Furniture Solutions Network structured in a way that’s rapidly growing and expanding, but we have a number of dedicated sales and client agents who are there to build upon client relationships and ensure that there’s a high volume of work to choose from. You’re here to work as a furniture repair technician with us, not sell accounts — our representatives will focus on what they do best, while you focus on your core competencies. Everyone wins!

Sure, maybe furniture repair isn’t the most exciting thing on the planet. But we’d be lying if we said that we didn’t enjoy our day-to-day work. To us, there’s nothing more satisfying and rewarding than taking something that’s broken and making it complete once again. Not everyone can do this...but you can. You’re not just fixing furniture for people, either. You’re alleviating headaches from business owners, and putting smiles back on the faces of homeowners. To the layman, our craft is a bit of a mystery, and sometimes, it probably seems like magic. But we get the job done with courtesy, professionalism, respect, and integrity at the forefront of all that we do. For nearly 20 years, Furniture Solutions Network has not only provided the best furniture repair services in the industry, but we’ve also helped countless families restore relics and antique furniture pieces that once looked beyond repair. Personally, we couldn’t think of anything more gratifying.
